Ulrich has an impressive career: For over eight years he was Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and supported companies in strategic transformations and growth initiatives. He then took on responsibility as Member of the Management Board and COO at Blue Cap AG, a listed private equity company with a focus on „buy, transform, sell“ and sustainable value creation.
He was also Managing Director of LB GmbH, an industrial and technology holding company with operating companies in the fields of logistics, digitalization and automation. Furthermore his expertise includes management as Executive Managing Director at Klöpferholz GmbH & Co. KG, a leading trading company for wood and material products.
Today, Ulrich supports start-ups and technology companies as a founder, mentor and in advisory roles.
